At Welltech we are committed to ambitious growth and delivering the best possible service to our users. We are looking for a Head of product analytics to support these goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive analytics strategy to support the company’s goals and objectives.
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 15 data analysts within the product analytics division.
Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and growth teams to identify key metrics and deliver actionable insights, focusing on activation rate, engagement, and retention.
Design and oversee the development of dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau to track performance and inform strategic decisions.
Conduct deep-dive analyses and research to understand user behaviour, identify trends, and provide recommendations for product improvements.
Drive A/B testing and other experimentation to optimize user experience and product features, ensuring rigorous monitoring and maintenance of data quality.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all analytics processes and tools.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in analytics and mobile app development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in product analytics, with a significant portion in a leadership role.
Proven experience in mobile app analytics, preferably in the health and fitness industry.
Proficiency in SQL and Python.
Experience with data visualization tools, particularly Tableau.
Strong understanding of A/B testing, cohort analysis, and other statistical methods.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and drive business results through data insights.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics.
Background in behavioural psychology or user experience research.
Passion for health, fitness, and wellness, with a personal interest in yoga or workout routines.

Highly analytical and detail-oriented with a passion for using data to drive decision-making.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
