Job Summary:

Supporting Carefluent Connect in data processing of paperwork related to product dispensed in walk in clinics on consignment. Ability to work independently and with a team – remote work option.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Works with patients and/or outside facilities to ensure all administrative tasks, including referrals, pre-certs, clinical records and documentation, orders and consults have been received and ready to view prior to patient visit.
• Insurance verification

* Completes Patient Intake and other missing items from patient record

* Coordinates handoffs of processed paperwork to billing to ensure accuracy before submitting claims

TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES

* Attention to detail
• Patient Documentation (Novice): The ability to receive and record patient information.
• Medical Terminology & Documentation (Novice): The ability to comprehend medical terminology and documentation in an office,

* Ability to follow standard operating procedures for each different type of service line we support as each has its own requirements to be met in order to be able to bill for services.
