The Specialist of Pro Product Strategy is a highly-visible role contributing to the overall success and expansion of ServiceTitan’s Pro Product portfolio, which currently includes 8 add-on products. The successful candidate will drive, manage, and optimize new and current growth initiatives that create immense value to our customers across all current and future ServiceTitan Pro Products.
This individual has a well-rounded background – including analytical rigor, strategic thinking, and operating acumen — drawing key elements from roles such as management consulting, corporate strategy/development, and business operations. The ideal candidate is highly motivated to drive new growth opportunities and help ServiceTitan continue to expand both its existing and future product areas.
What you’ll do:
- Assist in the development of near-term and long-term product strategy for current and future Pro Product initiatives in partnership with senior product leadership
- Support the overall management of the strategy initiative by developing project plans and regularly communicating on project updates, risks, and statuses of key milestones
- Develop and optimize business cases for future opportunities with ongoing analyses (quantitative & qualitative) including, but not limited to, competitive landscape, market size and trends, customer validation takeaways, recommendations, etc.
- Participate in existing and prospective partnership conversations, help to define mutually beneficial integration solutions, support negotiations of commercial terms and timelines, and daily relationship management
- Partner with Product Management, Sales and Marketing, and Post-Sale teams to define scope, requirements, and go-to-market strategy to launch and operate product(s) with immense value and high adoption
- Collaborate with the Revenue team to optimize sales enablement activities and evaluate ongoing pricing, costs, and margins to enhance Growth initiatives over time and exceed goals
- Research and maintain business landscape knowledge of competitors, insights, and trends
What you’ll need:
- 2-4 years of work experience in management consulting, product strategy, or a similar role supporting new growth initiatives cross-functionally
- Experience in B2B technology with exposure to Software or SaaS businesses preferred
- Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses include product analytics, survey analysis, business performance analysis, financial modeling, etc.
- Ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and concrete action plans
- Comfort with ambiguity in a dynamic working environment; know how to balance getting the details right while still moving fast and intellectual curiosity
- Demonstrated excellence in cross-functional communication, with the ability to simplify and explain complex problems to stakeholders of all levels
- This is a fully remote position and we are open to candidates across the US

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $86,000 USD – $124,000 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
