About the role:As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and payments. This role supports the financial health of the company by maintaining strong vendor relationships and upholding sound accounting practices.

Location & Hours:

• Location: Remote
• Hours 8:00- 4:30CST
• Full-Time Position

Key Responsibilities:• Process vendor invoices accurately and on schedule• Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices for approval• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies• Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries or issues• Collaborate with internal departments to obtain invoice approvals• Prepare and assist with payment runs based on terms and due dates• Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policiesQualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role (required)• Strong understanding of accounting principles• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel• Experience with NetSuite (required)• High level of accuracy and attention to detail• Strong organizational and time management skills• Professional and effective communication skills• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functionsSalary: • $25-$28 per hour
