As an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager at Zyte you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives focused on a targeted set of outbound accounts. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create personalized marketing campaigns that drive engagement to deliver meetings for our AE teams. The ABM Manager should have a deep understanding of the target market, and customer personas, and be adept at leveraging various marketing and BDR channels to deliver a cohesive and impactful message to engage cold prospects. This role requires a strategic thinker and a proven track record of implementing successful account-based marketing (ABM) programs.
Develop and implement comprehensive ABM strategies aligned with overall business goals and revenue targets
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify target accounts and define key personas within those accounts.
Account Profiling and Segmentation:
Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand the needs, challenges, and behaviors of target accounts.
Use buying signals to segment accounts and prioritise outreach efforts.
Segment target accounts based on relevant criteria to tailor marketing efforts effectively.
Campaign Planning and Execution:
Create and execute personalized marketing campaigns for target accounts, utilizing various channels such as email, phone calls, social media, content marketing, and events.
Write and manage outreach campaigns for BDRs to secure meetings for AE teams
Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other stakeholders to develop customized content that resonates with the target audience.
Work closely with sales teams to align on target account list and outreach efforts with the sales cycle and support lead generation and conversion goals.
Collaborate with product marketing to ensure marketing materials align with product features and benefits.
Performance Analysis and Optimization:
Monitor and analyze the performance of ABM campaigns using relevant metrics and KPIs.
Report weekly on ABM funnel performance
Iterate outreach efforts based on performance data and market feedback to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Utilize marketing automation, Intent platforms, CRM, and other tools to streamline ABM processes and track key metrics. Experience with 6sense is a bonus.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance ABM capabilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) in B2B SaaS marketing with a focus on account-based marketing.
Strong understanding of the SaaS industry, buyer’s journey, and key personas.
Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
