Position Overview
We are looking for a high-performing Account Executive (AE) who thrives in a hunter-focused role while also maintaining and growing key accounts. This role is ideal for someone who is relentless in pursuing new business, skilled at identifying opportunities and driven to exceed targets. While account management is part of the job, the primary focus will be on hunting for new opportunities and expanding our footprint within existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
– Hunt for new business: Identify, prospect, and close net-new opportunities within assigned territory
– Expand existing accounts: Work with current customers to uncover growth opportunities and increase revenue
– Consistently exceed targets: Achieve and surpass sales quotas through strategic selling and execution
– Develop strong relationships: Build long-term partnerships with key decision-makers and influencers
– Manage the full sales cycle: From lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals
Minimum Qualifications:
– 3-5+ years of experience in transactional SaaS sales
– Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a hunter-focused AE role
– Experience in both new business development and account growth within a B2B sales environment
– Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills
– Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
– High energy, self-motivated, and driven to succeed
