Job Overview HungerRush is seeking a driven Account Management representative specializing in restaurant technology. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by cross-selling our cutting-edge point-of-sale and marketing solutions to our existing customer base. You will focus on catering to the specific needs of online ordering customers, helping them leverage the full potential of HungerRush solutions for their business.
This is a remote role What You Will Do
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with our existing customer base, understanding their business objectives and marketing needs.
- Product Expertise: Become a subject matter expert on HungerRush product offerings, with a deep understanding of features and capabilities.
- Upselling: Identify upselling opportunities within the current customer portfolio, specifically targeting businesses with online ordering services.
- Customized Solutions: Collaborate with clients to understand their unique requirements and tailor HungerRush solutions to meet their goals.
- Demonstrations and Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our features, highlighting how they can drive customer engagement and boost sales.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to overall revenue objectives for the cross-selling segment.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to provide valuable insights and maintain a competitive edge.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks using our CRM system.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of full-cycle sales experience
- B2B sales experience in a technical sales environment
- Closing sales experience
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Advanced organizational skills
- Excellent communication, presentation and demonstration skills
- Outstanding work ethic
- Flexible team player
- Excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail
- Exceptional relationship-building skills
Preferred
- Salesforce CRM experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Restaurant experience
