Account Manager

Richtech Robotics is looking for a Account Manager who will specialize in robotics Sales for our rapidly-growing company. The ideal Account Manager will be organized, and able to skillfully juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a clear mind.

Potential applicants must reside in or be close to New York City, NY.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Sales: Learn what the customers’ needs are and direct them to the appropriate team member. Successfully maintain new leads and current clients.
  • Manage all aspects of assigned projects from initiation through completion.
  • Ensure that projects are on track and on time.
  • Manage project’s budget, schedule, scope, and results.
  • Communicate with Director of Sales regarding project status and needs.
  • Work with Director of Sales to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Communicate with clients regularly about project status and needs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Passion for new technology is a must; previous experience in a robotics or tech-related field is a huge plus
