We are looking for an administrative consultant in the aforementioned department, carrying out the approximate administrative tasks detailed below and related to the company’s sector:

• Invoicing tasks of airline and train ticketing, resolution of incidents generated by this invoicing.
• Use of the company’s management system and learning how to use it in depth.
• Payments to suppliers and management of the payment incidences that may arise from them.
• Control and management of credit card payment methods for payments to suppliers and reconciliation of the same.
• Once the corresponding experience is acquired, you will also take on the tasks of bookkeeping, control and resolution of internal and external incidences oriented to suppliers and support to the invoicing of our different clients.
