Operating on proprietary technology, they have ambitious plans for 2024 and beyond, with exciting new launches on the horizon. They are currently seeking skilled individuals to join their team.

Role Summary: 

Our client is in search of an experienced, driven, and strategic Affiliate Manager to build and launch their affiliate program from the ground up. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a sales-driven individual who is always on the lookout for the next deal. The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing the affiliate strategy in collaboration with the brand teams and partners, recruiting top-tier affiliates, and establishing best practices to drive traffic and revenue. This individual’s expertise will play a crucial role in shaping the success of the affiliate marketing efforts and ensuring alignment with the company’s brands and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Affiliate Program Development:

    • Design & Launch: Develop and implement a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy tailored to the client’s brand and business goals. Continue to enhance the infrastructure, tools, and processes required to support the affiliate program.
  • Affiliate Recruitment & Onboarding:

    • Network Building: Identify, recruit, and onboard affiliates who align with the client’s brands and target market. Develop strategies to attract high-quality affiliates in a competitive iGaming space.
    • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, acting as their main point of contact and ensuring they are motivated and equipped to promote the brand effectively.
  • Program Optimization & Growth:

    • Performance Tracking: Set up and manage tracking systems to monitor sales and affiliate performance, including traffic, conversions, and ROI. Analyze data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
    • Optimization: Continuously refine the affiliate program by testing new strategies, optimizing offers, and improving the overall effectiveness of affiliate campaigns.
    • Scaling: Develop and execute strategies to scale the affiliate program, including expansion into new markets and verticals.
  • Compliance & Brand Management:

    • Regulatory: Ensure the affiliate program complies with iGaming industry regulations and standards.
    • Brand Protection: Monitor affiliate activities to ensure brand guidelines are followed and that the client’s reputation is maintained across all affiliate channels.
  • Reporting & Analytics:

    • Reporting: Create and manage regular reports on the affiliate program’s performance, offering insights and actionable recommendations.
    • Budget Management: Oversee the affiliate marketing budget, ensuring a balance between cost-effective acquisition and growth.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration:

    • Strategic Alignment: Work closely with marketing, product development, legal, and finance teams to align the affiliate program with broader business objectives and ensure smooth operations.
    • New Initiatives: Collaborate on marketing initiatives, leveraging affiliates to support broader marketing campaigns and product launches.

Qualifications:

  • A natural at sales, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the online casino industry.
  • Experience with iGaming products, primarily online casino and sports betting.
  • Familiarity with affiliate tracking software (knowledge of MyAffiliates is a plus).
  • An existing network of iGaming affiliates.
  • Experience with various jurisdictions and markets.
  • Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.
