Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Agent to join our team. This fully remote role focuses on fielding inbound calls and emails from prospective clients, identifying their needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions. With a primary focus on California clients and the ability to write policies nationwide, you’ll have every opportunity to earn substantial commission and bonuses while being an integral part of delivering our mission and vision.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Determine customer needs and recommend solutions
• Provide quotes, close sales, and achieve set quotas and targets
• Conduct insurance reviews to retain, cross-sell and upsell coverages / policies
• Maintain consistent knowledge of P&C products, underwriting guidelines, and pricing
• Keep abreast of industry, contract coverage and limits, processes, and procedures
• Establish and maintain relationships with lead source affiliates

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to thrive in a challenging and fast-paced environment
• Ability to establish rapport, credibility, trust, and positive relationships with prospects and clients
• Self-motivated, focused, enthusiastic, and able to successfully multi-task
• Proficient in technology, with experience using comparative rating tools, multiple carrier portals, CRM platforms, and VOIP phone systems.
• Proactive and persistent
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational skills

Required Education and Experience:

• 5+ years of insurance sales experience
• P&C insurance license required

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience selling Bamboo insurance highly desired
• Demonstrated success in a work-from-home environment

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Pay Rate: $22/hour + commission
