About You (Profile)

We’re looking for exceptional Agile Delivery Leads who excel in dynamic, fast-paced environments. At Atheneum, you’ll be more than a facilitator; you’re the cornerstone of Agile delivery, owning and shaping the way our tech teams work. We’re looking for leaders to establish new standards in delivery excellence.

This role is pivotal; you will not only be a champion of continuous improvement but also the de facto go-to person on your team. Your influence extends far beyond facilitating sprints and managing backlogs; you’ll be a transformative force within our tech sphere and the broader business. We’re talking about transforming delivery management practices, leading Agile workshops, engaging the Agile community and hosting knowledge-sharing sessions to inspire our organisation.

As a seasoned delivery lead, you will continuously refine your craft, developing a robust set of principles. You understand that when times are hard, principles should be relied upon, not abandoned.

You prioritise Agile excellence

You care deeply about delivery outcomes. Your commitment to Agile goes beyond theory – you’ve implemented and championed Agile best practices in your previous roles.

You understand the fundamentals

Practising Agile is second nature to you. Whether it’s fostering individual interactions or responding to change, you fundamentally grasp the core principles of Agile and software delivery.

You thrive in delivery

While quality is essential, you understand that flawless code that never gets to production has zero value. You know when to be pragmatic, and value shipping early and often. You have the discipline to revisit imperfect products only when it is appropriate to do so.

If you’re genuinely excited about exceptional delivery and thrive in an environment that values continuous improvement, then we’re excited to meet you!
