Position: 

As an intern on the Digital Technology Team, you will work with an Agile Delivery Manager Intern (ADM) to help support the successful execution and activities of a product team.  The ADM works with various teams to ensure that the teams deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality.  The ADM works in concert with the product owner and product manager to ensure the team is actively working on the right items in the backlog and supporting cross-functional teams are aligned on the timing. You will also gain experience learning traditional Scrum Master responsibilities including acting as an agile champion, protecting and leading the dev team in sprint activities, removing impediments and mitigating risk identified by the teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Agile Domain Manager, business partners, and technical teams to define the scope of projects and create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project.
  • Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc) required to complete the project.
  • Contribute to sprint retrospectives and execute action items for improvement.
  • Identify and manage dependencies and impacts of other project work on currently managed product team.
  • Responsible for onboarding contractors and getting them access to tools, environments, etc.
  • Responsible for identifying ad-hoc resource changes if needed and work with the Technology Domain Manger and vendor on resolution
  • Responsible for team reporting, including but not limited to status reports, Jira reporting, etc.
  • Responsible for working with Portfolio Manager on cross-functional needs including resource, budget, timeline (OOM).
  • Following a release, ensure the team is validating tickets in production
  • Responsible for communicating sprint dates and release calendar dates with the product team
  • Act as Agile Champion and support Agile transformation initiatives
  • Responsible for overall delivery of Epics into production

Basic Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled and pursing a degree in Marketing, Business or similar field
  • Anticipated graduation date of May 2026
  • Minimum of 3.0 GPA, preferred
  • Excellent listening, verbal and written communications skills
  • Excellent analytical and documentation skills
  • Motivated and competent to contribute appropriate time and effort to work needing attention
  • Attentive to detail with focus on accurate and timely results
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks, responding effectively to competing needs

Work Environment:

  • Remote: open to all candidates regardless of location
  • Part-time internship (20 hours/week) over the course of 6 months.
