About The Role

The Benefits Administration Services Analyst will with the guidance of senior team members/leadership assist and execute day-to-day maintenance of various HW Admin functions ranging from case review, data entry, and/or manual clean-up work, daily review and processing of client and participant inquiries as well as client reporting of specific benefits information in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.


  • Researches and responds to intermediate participant issues. (i.e. eligibility, calculation errors, and service delivery)
  • Validating all call quality monitoring functions, and review of escalated cases.
  • Executes established benefits processes and seeks guidance from Sr. Analysts.
  • Uses existing procedures and technical experience to solve problems.
  • Uses an understanding of key business drivers to accomplish work.
  • Uses logical reasoning to solve problems and make recommendations.
  • Follows standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
  • Complies with all policies and standards.
  • Interacts with external client contacts to resolve day-to-day benefit questions.
  • Interfaces with and influences key stakeholders.
  • Builds strong, productive relationships with all team members.
  • Acts proactively rather than reactively to get in front of potential issues/escalations.
  • Responds timely to all emails, assignments, projects.
  • Performs technical-based activities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Contributes to and manages projects.
  • Exchanges complex information and ideas effectively.
  • Identifies system and process enhancements to improve process efficiencies.
  • Reviews benefit reports, determines action required and gives direction to team members.
  • Triages intermediate system issues to confirm adherence to requirements.


  • Requires formal education and relevant expertise in a professional and technical area.
  • College degree or relevant work experience required.
  • Able to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Able to assist with internal and external compliance reviews.
  • Able to build solid, productive relationships with applicable internal support areas.
  • Requires expanded conceptual understanding of theories, practices, and procedures.
  • Able to review appropriate system reports daily and follow up on outstanding issues.
  • Requires knowledge and experience in own field.

  • Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $46,970- $61,000.
