Calian Patient Support Programs is looking for a full-time Bilingual Clinical Coordinator! The Bilingual Clinical Coordinator (CC) assists patients with a specific medication prescribed by their physician. The CC assists patients by organizing and scheduling services offered by the patient support program, while always ensuring a high quality of customer service.

Accountabilities
- Perform an in-depth review of multiple data files from External Service Providers for select Patient Support Programs (PSP);
- Identify possible Adverse Events (AEs) within data files;
- Prepare an AE Report corresponding to every identified AE;
- Review quality of report with great attention to detail and submit the AE reports to local DS&E;
- Reconcile case number provided by DS&E;
- Track all AE reports with corresponding case number for quarterly AE reconciliation by PSP;
- Continuously ensure compliance with Novartis Global and local procedures, national and international regulations, standards and guidelines for all pharmacovigilance of Novartis products;
- Support ongoing projects within Health Management team;
- Fulfil other duties as required.

Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent
- Intermediate English and French bilingualism; written and oral.
Working Conditions and / or Job Requirements:
- Must possess mobility to work in an office environment and use standard office equipment, including a computer (finite movements such as typing), telephoning and other office functions
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds
- Requires mental stamina to maintain attention to detail despite interruptions, and vision to read printed materials and a computer screen
- Must be able to travel up to 10% of time, including weekend or overnight, and to work extended hours to support operations requirements.
