For our Meetings & Events Germany department we are looking for an experienced

BUSINESS TRAVEL CONSULTANT (M/F/D)

as an enrichment of our agile event team for the implementation of various event formats, from conferences and meetings to team building, customer events and incentive trips, nationally and internationally.

If you have completed a commercial apprenticeship in a travel agency in the business travel sector and have good AMADEUS knowledge – we are looking for a professional like you.
YOUR TASKS 

  • Responsibility for travel to events. From advice to offers, group contracts, ticket issuance, changes and final billing
  • Providing outstanding service, including research, creative travel suggestions , budget planning and control
  • Management of all project data using a meeting and travel management tool (e.g. Cvent, AMADEUS)
  • Participant management, website management and, if necessary, on-site event support
  • Collaboration with internal and external service partners

WHAT WE WANT

  • At least 1 year of professional experience in the business travel sector or completed training as a tourism manager with AMADEUS knowledge
  • Confident demeanor and negotiating skills
  • Business understanding and good time management
  • Talent for working with modern software solutions including event management tools
  • Professionalism in dealing with all MS Office solutions
  • A real plus: good English
  • A real must: German at native speaker level and good linguistic expression
