The ideal candidate will have a deep background in investment banking, financial planning & analysis, or operational finance, with a proven ability to leverage internal and market data to drive strategic decision-making. What you will do:
- Strategic Leadership & Growth:
- Partner closely with the CEO, board, and executive team to craft and execute both long-term and short-term financial strategies that accelerate DISQO’s growth.
- Lead board discussions, providing deep insights into financial performance, risk management, and growth opportunities.
- Financial Operations & Process Optimization:
- Oversee agile and effective planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes.
- Identify and implement state-of-the-art systems and software to drive operational efficiency and deliver real-time, actionable financial insights.
- Capital & Investor Relations: Manage all facets of equity, debt, and banking relationships including cap table strategy, investor relations, and financial institution negotiations.
- Develop and maintain robust financial models to support strategic decision-making and funding initiatives.
- Team Leadership & Culture Building:
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing Finance and Accounting team, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Champion process improvements and agile methodologies that enhance team performance and drive business outcomes.
- Data-Driven Insights:
- Utilize forward-looking models and activity-based analyses to inform strategic business plans, ensuring that every financial decision aligns with DISQO’s mission and market dynamics.
