You’ll work directly with advertisers as a trusted consultant to their business. Your strategic advice & coaching is core to the value we bring as a platform. What you’ll do:

  • Deliver sales targets through key account management
  • Retain, grow and diversify the value delivered to our partners ultimately growing Pinterest revenue as a result
  • Provide your clients with optimisations and recommendations to ensure campaign success using insights and campaign reporting to build your recommendations
  • Determine short and long range sales revenue plans and track progress closely via account management, optimisations and upsells
  • Represent Pinterest with a high level of integrity and knowledge, acting as an advisor to your clients and their media agencies
  • Manage existing and develop new relations with clients and media agencies in person and virtually
  • Strong internal collaboration skills working with your peers support teams such as measurement, creative strategy to deliver against client needs/goals

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years experience in digital, social or media agency
  • Understanding of ad platforms such as Pinterest Ads Manager or similar
  • Experience working closely with brands and agencies
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet/surpass sales targets and generate revenues
  • Strong analytical/insights abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and good follow-through
  • Ability to interact with a broad set of businesses and presenting both over the phone and in person
