Our Sales Development Team partners with the Field Sales organization. Guiding the early stages of the sales cycle. SDR’s assist with new customer acquisition. Partnering with the field marketing and sales teams, following up on campaigns and events. The goal is to increase the pipeline and generate demand for new customer revenue opportunities.

Become a trusted advisor to customers

As a Sales Development Representative, you will identify and qualify enterprise account sales leads and opportunities. Focusing on analysing business needs by conducting information-gathering to pre-qualifying opportunities through phone, social and email contact. You will be generating outbound qualified opportunities for the Regional or International sales teams. This role is predominately focused on generating a pipeline for the UK&I region.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying, prospecting, and penetrating new business accounts to achieve pipeline and conversion goals.
  • Updating lead and prospect activity in salesforce and other sales engagement tools to ensure KPI attainment.
  • Collaborating in a business-to-business sales environment to position our technology solutions to a varied audience.
  • Generating qualified opportunities for the sales teams and nurturing top of funnel leads to facilitate sales opportunities.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have outbound prospecting experience or be able to demonstrate relevant, equivalent sales experience.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the full sales cycle.
  • Have experience identifying business needs and objectives through information-gathering to pre-qualify opportunities.
  • Be comfortable speaking with decision makers, via various mediums (phone, email, social, and video).
  • Have experience with Microsoft Office, Salesloft, Zoominfo or Salesforce.com.
  • Enjoy working in a diverse team with a desire to grow in the organisation.
