We are seeking a highly skilled Colorado Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster to join our client’s team. This role involves handling workers compensation claims efficiently and in compliance with Colorado state regulations.

Compensation

• $80,000 to $90,000 Annual base salary (based on experience)
• Annual bonus potential

Responsibilities: 

1. Handle and manage workers compensation claims from initial report to final resolution.
2. Investigate claims by interviewing claimants, employers, and medical professionals, and gathering relevant documentation.
3. Determine compensability and establish appropriate reserves based on case facts and state regulations.
4. Review medical records and treatment plans to assess claim validity and return-to-work readiness.
5. Negotiate settlements with claimants, attorneys, and other involved parties as necessary.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience handling workers compensation claims in Colorado.
• Strong knowledge of Colorado workers compensation laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple claims and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
