Sanhua International is actively seeking a highly motivated and proficient Commercial  Administrative Assistant to work alongside the Group Administrator in supporting our commercial sales team with a variety of tasks. The role is critical in ensuring the smooth functioning of  our Commercial Business Unit and involves handling various responsibilities such as coordinating logistics for meetings, group activities, liaising with airlines and hotels to secure the best travel rates, preparing meeting agendas, meeting deadlines, and actively contributing to the team’s overall success.The ideal candidate for this position will possess exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a robust analytical mindset to optimize our commercial operations.


  • Coordinate meetings and group activities, including but not limited to:
    • arranging room setup
    • catering services
    • travel arrangements and reservations
  • Prepare meeting agendas and take meeting minutes
  • Works with the Group Administrator to ensure timeliness processing of:
    • Long Term Stock
    • Past-due invoices
  • Research, compile, and summarize information for reports or presentations.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality to ensure compliance with the company’s privacy policies and regulations.
  • Ensures deadlines are met and adapts to changing priorities
  • Input and maintain Salesforce and internal reporting


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Administrative role
  • Excellent ability to manage and build relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed goals
  • Advanced communication skills
  • Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite, Excel proficiency
