Job description

We are looking for professional business travel experts for our growing organization in Finland to exceed our customers’ expectations. We offer versatile work in a global and innovative organization, where you can expand your job description if you wish. We work either in our renovated office in Vantaa, remotely at home or even at our customers’ premises. With the help of our comprehensive induction program, you can easily join our happy, committed work community. We expect from you

• Several years of experience as a business travel specialist – you already know from experience what the job description includes.
• Self-initiative and an enthusiastic attitude towards customer service tasks.
• Solution focus, overall management and an eye for details.
• Positive attitude towards changes and experience in teamwork.
• Ability to work effectively in a hectic work environment at times, producing high-quality customer service.
• Experience working with the Amadeus reservation system. Knowledge of the graphic side is considered an advantage.
• · IT skills and the ability to adopt new systems.
