
Stride
The Career Technical Education (CTE) Marketing, Communications & Data Coordinator supports CTE through the development of services for students participating in CTE. The position works collaboratively with administrators, student support personnel, and teachers to ensure the delivery of career technical education; facilitates linkages with parents, business/industry, postsecondary institutions, and community organizations to support students’ transition to postsecondary education and employment; and assists with ensuring program quality and compliance.

This is a full-time position. Ability to work independently, typically 40+ hours per week is required. Ability to maintain a professional home office without distraction during workday, typically 9-5 (or 8-4) or as defined by the school.

- Assists with the support of daily operations of the CTE program
- Assists with the recruitment and retention of students in the CTE program
- Assists with activities that ensure program compliance at the school and state levels
- Provides support for CTE program administration, other support staff, teachers, and students
- Development and implementation of program expansion and student outreach plan through marketing, maintaining the pathway application, and fielding day-to-day family outreach
- Collects and analyzes performance data for CTE program
- Participates in professional development activities at the local, regional, state, and national levels; Engages in professional growth opportunities to remain current with trends, demands, and emerging careers in a rapidly changing workforce
- Engages with CTE program alumni to ensure quality and relevant program offerings for our students
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree AND
- Three (3) years of CRE experience OR
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to clear required background check
OTHER REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience using a student information system and/or other type of database
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.); Web proficiency.
- Ability to travel 25% of the time
- Experience as an on-line / virtual educator. Experience with CTSO (Career and Technical Student Organizations)
