We Are Looking For Someone Who Can

  • Manage inbound and outbound interactions with clients, claimants, prospects, and company personnel.
  • Input the first notice of loss for all lines of business, providing information on rental vehicles, water mitigation, board up, and hotel services when needed.
  • Complete the glass claim process from the first notice of loss through the assignment.
  • Enter payments, set up EFT accounts, research complex billing inquiries, and make necessary adjustments to accounts.
  • Document notes of interactions in the appropriate systems for all company personnel awareness.
  • Produce quotes, binds, and complete auto insurance policies/policy changes as outlined within the authority of the job level.
  • Provides service and support for homeowners policies, product discounts, membership benefits, and Farm Bureau Bank offerings.
  • Review company and department communications to remain current on procedures and documentation

Requirements For Success

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 1 year of experience in customer service or a contact center. Insurance experience preferred.
  • Ability and desire to obtain a Property and Casualty Insurance license.
  • Ability to work remotely from home.
  • General knowledge of the insurance industry.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and metrics.
  • Effective utilization of computer systems with a basic understanding of Microsoft Office.
