What You Will Do

In this vital role you will be responsible for interpreting data, analyzing results, and providing insights through visualization to support informed decision-making. You will collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns, collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and align data analysis efforts with product goals. EDT initiative is responsible for the digital advancement of the Engineering Project Delivery including Plan, Design, Build, Test, Operate & Maintain and Dispose including Environmental Sustainability, Health and Safety.

We are embarking on a journey that will digitize and automate how we deliver capital projects and manage the lifecycle of our assets.

  • Collect and clean data from various sources.
  • Analyze complex data to identify trends and patterns.
  • Provides solutions to business problems based on data insights.
  • Interpret data and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports.
  • Collaborate with teams to understand business requirements.
  • Define the product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
  • Work with stakeholders to prioritize features and enhancements based on business value and user needs.
  • Ensure alignment between data analysis efforts and product strategy.
  • Recommend strategies to improve data quality and accuracy.
  • Plays a role in bridging the gap between business and technical teams.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in both data analysis and product management.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple activities.
  • Good time management and organizational skills

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma / GED and 10 years of Engineering, operations and/or capital projects delivery experience OR
  • Associate’s degree and 8 years of Engineering, operations and/or capital projects delivery experience OR
  • Master’s degree and 2 years of Engineering, operations and/or capital projects delivery experience OR
  • Doctorate degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, R, Power BI, Spotfire, Smartsheets, Excel)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of statistical methods and tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Attention to details and ability wot work with large datasets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. statistics, mathematics, computer science)
  • Perform analysis of both the business process and innovative technologies to help find the right fit to enable business/site outcomes.

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
