Job Summary:
As a Digital Marketing Manager at Pethealth, you will manage all digital marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive growth and maximize conversion rates through multi-channel campaigns, Paid Media, data analysis, and A/B testing to increase engagement and maximize Pethealth digital product sales.
You will work with the Sales, Product, and Marketing Communication teams to develop and deliver compelling and profitable digital campaigns (paid, e-commerce, SEO, SEM, database marketing, and display) with solid ROI for the target audience to deliver on revenue and growth marketing objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing campaigns, website performance, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Use advanced analytics tools like Microsoft PowerBI and Google Looker Studio to gather, visualize, and interpret data for actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and track progress towards organizational goals.
- Coordinate A/B testing and multivariate testing initiatives to refine landing pages, messaging, targeting, and creative elements for optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies that increase conversion rates and maximize ROI.
- Understand user experience (UX) principles and best practices and advocate for user-centeric web design methodologies; ensure that web and mobile interfaces are intuitive, user-friendly, and aligned with user intent.
- Research industry trends and best practices in marketing optimization, applying learnings to improve campaign performance and efficiency continuously.
- Provide regular reports and presentations, offering strategic recommendations based on data analysis and market insights.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics, conversion optimization, or a related role.
- Experience in the pet insurance industry is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, BigQuery, SuperMetrics, Data Layer Implementations, and Microsoft PowerBI,
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate complex issues clearly and concisely and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of competing priorities and superior time management and organizational skills.
- Customer-focused with a strong intuition for interpersonal relationships and relationship-building.
- Strong diplomatic and critical listening skills and experience using discretion with sensitive and confidential information.
- Must be an organized self-starter, have initiative and creativity, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and accept specific directions.
Work Requirements:
- Frequent communication, verbal and written.
- Must be able to remain stationary 80% of the time.
- Must be able to read, count and do simple mathematics.
- Be able to lift up to 10 lbs. occasionally.
- The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access filing cabinets, office machinery, etc.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a phone with headset, calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
