Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead execution and implementation of digital experience strategy roadmaps, including consistent evaluation of processes/journey maps to develop efficiencies and drive improvement initiatives.
  • Build, measure, and learn via rapid prototyping and testing with real users, using data to iterate and drive strategic decisions.
  • Drive new thinking to continually improve digital experiences, leveraging market research, industry trends and customer feedback.
  • Ensure digital products meet mandated accessibility requirements (Revised Section 508, WCAG, etc.)
  • Manage partnerships with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to generate innovative and user-centric product experience concepts.
  • Create and uphold digital design standards and usability testing processes and procedures to support ongoing improvements, usability intuitiveness, compatibility, and customer input.

Job Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required. Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience.

Experience

  • 10 years – Experience with strategy consulting, service, marketing, UX research, design or product development required
  • 5 years – Experience managing teams

Skills/Certifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment sharing responsibility, roles, and accountability
