MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Client/Stakeholder Management across multiple domestic properties.
  • This includes senior Department staff, landlords and external providers.
  • Property and Facilities Management.
  • Oversee a team of staff and contractors to deliver services at multiple sites.
  • Project Management.
  • Oversee a team of staff to deliver CAPEX projects.
  • Budget Management.
  • With support of the broader team (Global), develop and manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets for multiple domestic sites.
  • Health & Safety Management.
  • Ensure processes and procedures are managed by JLL, client, and legislative requirements.
  • Site Operations Management.
  • Responsible for the delivery of soft services at some sites. This primarily relates to reception, concierge and conference activities.
  • Risk Management.
    • Follow established escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures.
    • Adhere to JLL’s business conduct by ensuring compliance with the firm’s guidelines, procedures and strategies.

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION:  KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

  • Ideal Experience and Criteria
  • A tertiary qualification in management is desirable.
  • A security clearance is required.
  • Experience in managing multiple activities (budget, project, facilities, soft services).
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and problem solving skills.
  • Strong people management skills.
  • High level presentation skills.
