The Finance Director, Global IBP is responsible for supporting the global IBP process, leading continuous improvement related to planning and forecasting, supporting change management within Finance, and leveraging Management Reporting to increase automation. Role Responsibilities

Reporting to the Vice President Global FP&A, the Director of Global IPB will collaborate with functions across the organization including Finance, S&OP, Supply Chain, Brand House, and Strategy to support a global Integrated Business Planning Process. This position will also support the design and adoption of FP&A best practices, identifying simplification opportunities and implementing tools that can lead to better forecasting and business decision outcomes. Specific key responsibilities include:

  • Partner with S&OP leadership to identify forecast improvement opportunities and support process adherence through regular touchpoints with regional FP&A
  • Collaborate with S&OP to drive toward the next level of IBP maturity, including assessing current capabilities to inform the annual update of the Integrated Business Planning roadmap; manage the implementation of projects defined in the roadmap
  • Identify and resolve system issues and identify areas for improvement, particularly in V2V and SAC systems
  • Communicate specific needs and requirements of the business processes to IT, including identifying gaps and outlining new functionalities, and support project implementation and change management
  • Provide ongoing feedback to IT regarding system performance and user experience
  • Identify and implement automation and simplification opportunities, including planning system improvements and adoption of new tools and capabilities
  • Support ad hoc projects as needed
  • Oversee Management Reporting team who support the following activities: month-end close, global standardized reporting (RAC House), resolution of reporting issues, and data accuracy
  • Manage and develop three direct reports, providing regular feedback, setting clear expectations, and fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA a plus
  • 10+ years of demonstrated Finance performance in global function and Commercial or Supply Chain function
  • Experience in FP&A with 3-year operating plan, annual Budget, and S&OP process
  • Knowledge and experience with implementing Digital Technology to support financial planning, analysis and reporting

  • The salary range for this role, based in Chicago, IL, is $164k-205k, along with an annual bonus, 401K match, profit sharing, and medical and wellness benefits. The salary range is commensurate with the candidate’s location, experience, and skillset.
