About The Role
In this role, you will work as a senior individual contributor within Worldly’s Product Team. You will oversee operational activities such as release planning cadences, strategic project management and oversight, and interface activities between the Product team and key stakeholders throughout the company. This role runs overall Operations for the Product organization, and in some ways will function as a Chief of Staff role to the Chief Product Officer.
Worldly is growing rapidly. Our team members need to handle ambiguity well, enjoy working with distributed teams, simplify complex issues, understand the big picture and business context, and create practical solutions for complex problems.
What You’ll Do
- Align teams and cross-functional partners on the operational details of key Product team projects, and ensure project execution
- Help develop a release planning process and then lead the coordinated release planning cycles across all Worldly products
- Represent the needs of internal stakeholders
- Help Product Managers translate product vision into initiatives with clear delivery timelines
- Manage release GTM delivery across internal Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, and Training teams
- Evolve the Product Management practice through process documentation, collaboration, mentoring, and continuous improvement
We’d Like to See
- 6+ years B2B software project management
- Acumen for balancing diplomacy and leadership
- Ability to build planning and tracking templates used to direct operational cadences
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data
- Proven track record of contributing to high-performing teams

Compensation
Salary: $165,000 – $190,000 Annually (USD)
15% Annual Bonus
Incentive Stock Option Package
Work-from-home stipends
*Final compensation figures will be determined based on a wide variety of factors, including experience and location. These factors will be evaluated and considered by Worldly throughout the entirety of this process.
