The Challenge
Adobe’s Digital Strategy Group partners with C-level executives at top Travel & Hospitality companies to provide guidance on digital strategy and transformation, enhancing customer-centric experiences, fostering loyalty, and driving digital innovation while improving operational efficiency. The next phase of growth will be driven by building deep internal expertise in loyalty to help clients reimagine the customer journey to accelerate acquisition and retention.
As an Engagement Manager in the Travel & Hospitality practice, you will lead strategy consulting engagements for some of the world’s leading travel, hotel, and hospitality brands (e.g., hotels, airlines, cruise lines, quick service and fast casual restaurants, online travel agents and rental cars). For each engagement, you will lead a team of experts to conduct analyses, develop insights, and deliver impactful recommendations. You will advise senior industry leaders and apply your experience to become a trusted advisor to clients and a thought leader on trends, digital innovation, loyalty, use cases for Adobe technology, and relevant research in the travel and hospitality industry. You will bring a visionary approach to customer engagement and loyalty, which applies to Adobe’s full suite of enterprise solutions.

What You Need to Succeed
- 10+ years in the Travel, Hospitality & Dining space strongly preferred.
- 7+ years in Loyalty and CRM strongly preferred
- 5+ years in the Gaming industry is a plus.
- Experience as a practitioner working in the industry leading strategy in digital, martech and loyalty. Plus, experience managing engagements with a structured problem-solving approach (similar to working in a top digital agency or consulting firm).
- Expertise in creating digital experience, loyalty, or monetization strategies in the Travel & Hospitality space along with a high-level understanding of marketing technologies and tactics needed for execution.
- Experience leading enterprise-level digital transformation strategies.
- Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud or similar martech and CRM solutions.
- Executive presence and client communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire senior leaders.
- Outstanding structured problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills, including talent for conducting research, analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and crafting effective recommendations focused on the highest-value opportunities.
- High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to absorb new concepts quickly.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent, MBA preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%.
To succeed in this role, you should have a consistent track record of advising senior executives and compelling them to act on your recommendations. You can apply a problem-solving approach to synthesize data sets and develop novel insights, while mentoring others to do the same. You have experience progressing sophisticated transformation projects including joint innovation and partnering with 3rd parties like systems integrators and strategy firms. You can provide impactful updates to the client’s and your own executive leadership. You can lead a diverse team of strategists, technologists, relationship managers and other functions to deliver value to customers
