The opportunity

We have a fantastic opportunitity as Account Executive to join our Team (Adobe Experience Cloud) based in Munich, Hamburg, Berlin, remote.

Our Sales team excels in dynamic environments, actively seeking out and engaging with potential clients, and effectively presenting our range of Digital Experience Solutions. This role is ideal for someone with a background in enterprise-level software solution sales, focusing on large corporations, specifically those driving at least three-digit multi-million EUR revenue. The ideal candidate must be highly adaptable, quick-thinking, and ready to embrace the challenges of untapped markets, with a special focus on ‘greenfield’ customers – significant enterprises not yet leveraging our solutions to the full extend.

The Account Executive will be instrumental in generating leads, crafting persuasive sales pitches, negotiating terms and prices, and overseeing the entire sales process through strategic solution selling. This position offers a unique opportunity to grow with a fast-expanding technology company.

What you’ll do

  • Source, develop, qualify, and close new and existing leads and opportunities
  • Develop and implement account plans to build pipeline and deliver on revenue targets via new business acquisition
  • Build relationships with key customer stakeholders and generate sales opportunities
  • Deliver compelling and polished sales presentations
  • Use data, site audits, case studies, and benchmark reports to nurture, advise, and support customers’ decision process
  • Negotiate business terms with senior management, C-level executives, and business owners
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders across a matrixed organization (e.g. Solutions Consultants, Customer Success, Support, Partnerships, SIs, and Services)
  • Provide and report pipeline, forecast, activities, customer needs, and other business opportunities

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Experience in developing robust customer relationships in a rapid changing context
  • Ability to rapidly assimilate and then clearly articulate value propositions
  • Ability to work cross functionally and collaboratively bringing in the right resources to bear at the right stage in the selling process
  • Be a proficient networker. Ability to develop and use relationships with senior industry leaders and key influencers
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to “win people over”
  • Proficient German and at least good English language skills
