About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Advisor/Finance Director/Fractional Chief Financial Officer to provide strategic financial support to select clients on an ad hoc basis. The position will serve to  help drive client financial strategy, improve financial processes, and optimize profitability. This role is ideal for a finance leader looking to leverage their expertise across multiple companies. Prior experience working in a leadership role with LLCs and partnerships is a non-negotiable requirement. . 

Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy & Planning

• Maintain in-depth relations with the clients for scope of the project 
• Advise on financial and tax strategies
• Provide financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Identify and track relevant KPIs

Financial Management & Reporting

• Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial policies.
• Analyze financial statements and provide insights for executive decision-making.

Operational Finance & Process Improvement

• Optimize financial processes, reporting systems, and internal controls.
• Improve operational efficiencies, cost control, and profitability.

Funding, Fundraising & Investor Relations

• Assist with fundraising strategies and financial due diligence.
• Support capital raising efforts, including debt and equity financing.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience as a senior finance leader.
• Strong expertise in financial planning and forecasting
• Experience working with startups.
• Knowledge of GAAP, tax laws, compliance, and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical, strategic, and communication skills.

The hours required for this role will vary based on client needs. It is estimated that for the first several months of the position, the general time commitment will range between 5-15 hours weekly. This is an ideal role for someone who is looking for flexibility and  has the ability to easily adjust their schedule to accommodate the varied workload. 

Position Location: This is a remote role based anywhere in the USA.
