Financing Trading Analyst

What you’ll be doing:

• Junior trader with day to day responsibilities across Prime Financing and CB Institutional
• Actively trade financing book to manage long and short side liquidity
• Optimize NIM on principal borrow/lend
• Assist in setting asset/client pricing for financing implementation across financing products
• Interact with a variety of clients including Hedge Funds, ETF issuers, Market Makers, UHNW individuals, and Corporates
• Learn and help develop custom client solutions
• Create and distribute financing market color
• Work closely with internal XFN partners on client experience and feedback, internal processes, and onboarding

What we look for in you:

• 2+ years of relevant experience in equity or fixed income financing, prime brokerage or derivatives businesses
• Demonstrated knowledge in fiat and crypto funding market fundamentals
• Strong communication skills, sense of ownership, and urgency

Nice to haves:

• Experience in data science and programming (Python, SQL, etc.)
• Previous experience at a crypto company

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full time offers from Coinbase also include target bonus + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).
Pay Range:
$126,990—$149,400 USD
