As a HRBP at Trend Micro, you will play a critical role in aligning our HR initiatives and functions with our business objectives and needs. You will act as a trusted advisor and partner to our leadership team, providing expert guidance on a wide range of HR matters. This role demands a high degree of flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with client groups to support their business success through tailored HR initiatives.
  • Talent Acquisition: Partner with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to develop and implement effective talent strategies that meet the organization’s needs.
  • HR Guidance: Provide expert HR advice and people insights to support informed decision-making regarding people and organizational matters.
  • Program Implementation: Execute HR programs efficiently to achieve their intended purpose.
  • Cultural Development: Promote and foster the mindset and behaviors expected in a dynamic and innovative organization.
  • Talent Management: Identify critical talents and support their development and success, contributing to overall business success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role, demonstrating proficiency in at least one specific HR domain.
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills, strong team player, with a curious and positive attitude.
  • High level of adaptability and flexibility to respond to changing business needs.
  • Fast learner, open to exploring and participating in various HR projects.
  • Proficient in English, particularly in writing.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
  • Strong data and analytical skills are a plus.
