Responsibilities
You will play a key role in enhancing employee engagement by working closely with management and staff to improve work relationships, build morale, and boost productivity and retention. Conducting new hire orientations and assisting with investigations and counseling will be part of your responsibilities. Promoting cross-departmental collaboration and supporting updates to employee information will also be crucial, with the flexibility to adapt to similar or related tasks as needed to support the HR department.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have a High School Diploma/GED (a Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but relevant experience may be considered). You should bring 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources, with exceptional attention to detail and sound judgment. Strong analytical and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, are essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, outstanding customer service, and organizational abilities are also important. Additionally, the ability to work independently and take initiative will be crucial for your success.
