Acumatica is looking for an HR Ops & TA Specialist to join our global HR team. This is a new and exciting role reporting to the HR Operations Director. Your role will be at the intersection between the HR Operations & Talent Acquisition teams where you will help build global infrastructure and scalable processes for years to come. You will be responsible for administering and maintaining HR data, systems, programs, and processes at a global level. You will also be coordinating all the Talent Acquisition coordination duties & reporting. You will be an integral partner in building the candidate’s experience and relationships, many times being the first point of contact for Acumatica.

Responsibilities

HR Operations (50%)

  • Maintain data integrity and ensure accuracy of information in HRIS and other HR systems.
  • Manage cadence of regular global audits.
  • Respond and resolve day-to-day employee requests within Acumatica’s HR systems & platforms.
  • Assist in the implementation & enhancements of new systems and tools.
  • Assist in the creation & maintenance of SOPs and roll-out of global processes.
  • Assist the HR Operations Specialist with various ad hoc projects as needed.
  • Build and cultivate trusted relationships within the people team and with key stakeholders throughout the organization.

Talent Acquisition (50%)

Coordination

  • Scheduling and supporting candidates regarding logistics, and other information assistance when needed.
  • Oversee and assist with the technical assessment process and additional projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with peers and other colleagues to support the broader team; assist with standard administrative duties such as preparing and proofreading documents.
  • Preserve confidentiality of applicable materials and communications
  • Enter and track information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) system, and other technology platforms related to the coordination and logistics of our candidates and new hires
  • Support the post-offer process by escalating issues to senior management or other key stakeholders; managing background screens and documentation, and communicating results to recruiters, candidates, and other involved parties as needed.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Generate weekly and ad hoc reports from ATS, LinkedIn, and create metrics dashboards for the Talent Acquisition Team from HRIS, CRM and HRIS systems.
  • Develop visually compelling dashboards for recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and cost-per-hire.

Qualifications

  • You have 1 year of Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition experience.
  • You have experience working in cross-functional teams and across several time-zones and countries.
  • You thrive on creating operational efficiencies across people processes and delivering exceptional customer service to our Acumatica teams.
  • You excel in prioritizing workload and self-managing projects, demonstrating initiative and juggling multiple competing priorities, always with a sense of urgency.
  • Strong technical skills in people systems such as (HRIS & ATS) & tools (we use: UKG, ChartHop, JazzHR, LinkedIn Recruiter, and in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
