About The Role?

Atmosfy is seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Coordinator to join our team in a remote capacity. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a positive employee experience, developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives, and maintaining comprehensive employee records. The HR Coordinator will be expected to ensure the smooth running of all HR operations while bringing up-to-date knowledge on the latest HR trends. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, and be passionate about providing a great employee experience. Compensation: $55,000 – $85,000 yearly



  • At least 1 year of HR management experience and experience in a professional business setting.
  • Proven ability to work in a remote work environment, including familiarity with tools and processes.
  • Knowledgeable in HR topics such as compensation, benefits, employee relations, and hiring/recruiting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Atmosfy brand and its role within the consumer and social ecosystems.



  • Maintain all employee records accurately, including new hires, terminations, and changes in status.
  • Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on all HR-related matters, such as compliance, policies, and procedures.
  • Create and implement processes that align with the company’s recruitment, onboarding, and training objectives.
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance the employee experience by promoting a positive workplace culture.
  • Partner with other departments to ensure that HR programs and initiatives are communicated effectively.
