  • Ability to work directly with client and team to build relationships
  • A digital-first designer who is curious about the latest technologies and best practices
  • Balanced creative and analytical mindset
  • Strong written, verbal communication & organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in an Agile, deadline-driven environment

Requirements:

  • Strong portfolio that demonstrates innovative integrated work: video, social, digital, display, OOH, print, collateral, experiential
  • Experience designing brands, from look/feel through brand guidelines 
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 2+ years with an advertising or design company
  • Experience within Tourism, Higher Ed, Healthcare and B2B/Tech a plus
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including XD; Premiere and After Effects a plus
  • Self-motivated and able to work within a team with minimal supervision
  • Strong presentation skills
