Key Distributor Account Manager- Channels
Position Overview
We are seeking someone with a deep understanding of processes in the Hygiene industry to join our successful & dynamic sales team. Our products include hygiene solutions and water-treatment, both chemical and equipment, specifically designed for various manufacturing processes.
This role focuses on maintaining and develop relationships with our existing customers through technical consulting and showcasing the advantages of our products, driving organic sales growth.
In this role you will be responsible for expanding our Hygiene market penetration with a specific focus on managing & growing existing reseller relationships, whilst developing new business opportunities. This role requires building strong personal relationships with resellers to become their trusted partner & driving organic sales growth. Your success will come from your value added, consultative sales approach when driving independent reseller sales..
Duties & Responsibilities
We expect some of your key activities to include:
- As a team player ensuring that the whole team take full responsibility for all sales to all channel customers to achieve the set sales targets with clear focus on organic growth
- Being responsible for your assigned customers, reaching your sales goals, while ensuring price lists are set and communicated in accordance with all company directives
- Supporting other team members when so needed with knowledge, meeting customers etc
- Driving sales in line with Diversey Channel strategy with activity / action plans on own customers
- Taking responsibility to ensure take new product launches and other marketing activities are carried out & actively driving sales of innovations and services that the company develops and offers
- Follow and report competitors’ activities and other events of value on the market.
- Actively use Salesforce in line with Diversey guidelines to plan and report all customer activities and ensure a continuously updated and active sales funnel
- Be the preferred partner, and immediate choice for the Channel partners to make contact with you, without hesitation
About You:
- A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant Industry experience, coupled with the maturity & gravitas to handle senior level conversations and complex business processes
- A deep understanding of processes in the Hygiene industry, combined with a self-driven, collaborative spirit focused on continuous improvement
- Fluency in Swedish and English (minimum B2 level) and a valid driver’s license
- Familiarity with IT tools such as MS Office, SAP, and CRM systems (Salesforce) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Reseller/Channel Partner/Wholesaler environments, including how they sell & operate within specific customer segments
- Capability to demonstrate confidence & adaptability to succeed in a complex, changeable business environment, while maintaining a positive attitude towards learning and development
- Capability to spend at least 50-60% of your working week on the road, meeting existing or prospective Customers to Win new business

Key Account Manager within Channel Management
Position Overview
We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of processes in the hygiene industry to join our successful and dynamic sales team. Our products include hygiene solutions and water treatment, both chemicals and equipment, specially adapted for different manufacturing processes.
This role focuses on maintaining and developing relationships with our existing customers through technical advice and demonstrating the benefits of our products to drive organic growth.
In this role you will be responsible for expanding our hygiene market presence with a particular focus on managing and developing existing dealer relationships, as well as developing new business opportunities. The role requires strong personal relationships with retailers to become their trusted partner and drive organic sales growth. Your success comes from your value-creating, consultative selling approach when driving sales to independent dealers.
