What your day-to-day will look like:
- Manage large sets of data in excel, tracking required and received data by vendor.
- Research missing contact information for vendors utilizing internal and external (online) resources.
- Assist in the creation of vendor information packets and attachments as needed.
- Manage email correspondence between JLL and vendor partners, escalating as needed to Mobilization Team Leads and/or client.
- Complete Bulk Upload templates using various data sets compiled during transition.
- Manage the Site Service Matrix to ensure JLL has vendor in place for all required sites and categories, assist the Mobilization Team Lead with contingency plans as needed.
- Make and field follow up phone calls with vendors throughout the transition period.
Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:
- Managing large sets of data in Excel, knowledge of VLOOKUP, pivot table, and duplicate check functions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills – oral and written.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with variable timelines simultaneously.
- Ensure compliance with JLL’s sourcing and contracting policies, procedures, risk management programs, and ethics.
- Understand of JLL Sourcing & Procurement technologies: Jaggaer, Corrigo, E1, Delphi Address Book, JLL Marketplace, Avetta.
- Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS Office applications.
- Change management champion with the mindset to identify, communicate and drive change resulting in efficiencies to current processes.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Ability to learn role “on the job” rather than through full end to end training curriculum.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Work within time-sensitive deadlines, escalating to Mobilization Team Leads as needed.
- Stay up to date on latest JLL technologies, tools, and systems.
- Data cleansing and preparation.
- Creating dashboards and reports from various data sets.
- Establish effective solutions for stakeholders through problem-solving.
- Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Estimated total compensation for this position:
96,750.00 – 103,200.00 USD per year
