To take our company to an international level, we are currently looking for a Lead Content Designer to help us develop product copy and content that will improve our patients’ and therapists’ experience in all our markets.

We are only looking for someone who speaks fluent English and fluent Italian.

As the first content designer, you’ll be responsible for solving design challenges through words, concepts, systems and terminology. You’ll work alongside an incredible team of product designers and other product people, as well as the translations team and the brand copywriters, to help achieve our mission to be the point of reference for anyone who needs psychological support. You’ll build the content design discipline at Unobravo from the ground up, and solve problems internationally, working with translators where needed to deliver solutions in all our supported langauges.

AS A LEAD CONTENT DESIGNER YOU WILL:

• Collaborating with product designers, researchers, analysts, PMs, and engineers to create products that help our patients improve and maintain their mental health, and our therapists deliver the best patient outcomes.
• Collaborating with our brand copywriting team to make sure the brand tone of voice is consistent in our products too, where appropriate.
• Work very closely with our translations team to make sure our product content is translated appropriately, respecting the tone of voice appropriate for each country we operate in.
• Create, maintain, and evolve the content design section of our design system
• Enable designers and others to be able to designer content where appropriate, with a solid governance system
• Propose and run experiments to test different content options to achieve impact in OKRs

⚙️ YOU WILL BE THE PERFECT FIT IF YOU HAVE:

• Experience working in product-led environments
• Experience working with translators
• A passionate writer, with an interest in writing for user-centred products
• A track record of delivering impact through content design and collaborating
• A desire to learn, especially in the AI space and how content design can help, prompt engineers for tone of voice, and more
• A collaborative approach to writing
• Experience with creating and governing guidelines and glossaries for content design
• Strong proofreading and editing skills
• Someone passionate about our vision to create a world where taking care of our mental health is considered normal
• Located in Italy, Spain, or the UK
