Lead Value Consultant

We’re looking for a founding Lead Value Consultant to play a critical role in helping our Sales and Customer Success teams articulate and quantify the business value of Webflow to prospects and customers. You will bridge the gap between Webflow’s technical capabilities and the tangible business outcomes our solution delivers, focusing on key impact areas such as cost savings, revenue growth, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation.

This strategic role will support both pre-sales and post-sales efforts by equipping account teams with scalable tools, data-driven insights, and compelling business cases that enhance deal velocity, mitigate risk, and drive customer retention and growth.

  • Our cash compensation amount for this role ranges depending on the cost of labor of the geographic area. The ranges shared below may change if you are hired in another geographic location.
    • United States (all figures cited below in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)
      • Zone A: $172,000 – $237,000
      • Zone B: $163,000 – $225,000
      • Zone C: $155,00 – $213,000
    • Canada (All figures cited below in CAD and pertain to workers in ON & BC, Canada)
      • 200,000 – 275,000

For sales roles, the ranges provided are the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) ranges, meaning that the ranges include both the sales commissions target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Webflow and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s market location, job related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills. Benefits/additional compensation for this role may include: equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses; retirement plans; health benefits; and wellness stipends

As a Lead Value Consultant you’ll …

Increase Sales Effectiveness (Pre-Sales)

  • Develop and maintain ROI calculators, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) tools, and other business case assets to support account teams.
  • Provide direct support to our most strategic sales opportunities (Lighthouse Account program).
  • Create value-focused discovery frameworks to help sales teams identify and capture customer pain points.
  • Maintain a centralized repository of business case assets and ROI metrics for sales enablement.
  • Provide industry-specific insights to demonstrate business impact and ROI.

Drive Customer Retention & Growth (Post-Sales)

  • Interview existing customers to gather success metrics and establish an ideal value realization profile for Webflow
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to integrate value realization planning into success plans
  • Equip Customer Success Managers (CSMs) with tools to communicate business outcomes and realized value throughout the customer journey.
  • Develop industry benchmark insights that highlight the value Webflow customers achieve.

Develop & Maintain Value Frameworks

  • Own the creation, maintenance, and evolution of persona-based value frameworks
  • Partner with Product Marketing to ensure alignment between value frameworks and broader messaging strategies.
  • Establish and update a database of customer success metrics to strengthen industry benchmarks and insights.

About you:

You’ll thrive as a Lead Value Consultant if you:

  • Experience: 5+ years in value consulting, management consulting, sales strategy, or a related role. Experience in SaaS, technology, or digital transformation is preferred.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear business value propositions.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Experience building ROI models, TCO analyses, and business case presentations.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Passion for understanding customer challenges and delivering insights that drive value realization.
  • Exceptional Communication: Strong storytelling abilities with expertise in executive presentations and value-based selling.
