Marketing and Sales Specialist

Summary

This individual provides support to the marketing, account management and sales teams. Develops marketing materials, presentations, social media posts, and manages marketing projects. A large volume of trade shows is managed in this position.

Essential Duties and Functions

  • Work closely with Director of Marketing to implement marketing activities
  • Maintain the sales territory sheets for Referral Team
  • Manage trade show and event schedule and provide post-event reports and analysis of event budget.
  • Direct trade show and event logistics, including booth scheduling and shipping, collateral coordination, and promotional giveaway ordering.
  • Update and order collateral as well as manage inventory of printed pieces
  • Provide CRM oversight  offer system support, implement best practices, and pull and audit reports
  • Create and publish social media posts
  • Develop and maintain pricing sheets (custom and standard), as well as Section 111 Review/Reporting proposals.
  • Support the management of webinars, confirming timely delivery of content and promotional materials before, during, and after.
  • Track customer acknowledgements of finalized pricing sheets.
  • Create internal presentation decks for Town Hall meetings.
  • Collaborate with settlement consulting team to coordinate CEU course paperwork, including obtaining new CEUs and facilitating course renewals.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing and sales metrics.
  • Aid sales and settlement consulting teams with customer deliverables by designing and editing presentations, creating pricing sheets and sales proposals, and developing contact sheets.
  • Coordinate IMPAXX responses to RFP/RFI/RFQ requests.
  • Assist with website maintenance and content updates.
  • Manage campaign lists and audience segmentation for email marketing campaigns.
  • Any other duties as may be assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • BA/BS in Business/Marketing related fields or equivalent working experience.
  • 3 – 5 years of  relevant experience; prefer experience with B2B marketing
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite and Microsoft Forms

Preferred

  • Knowledge of  CRM tools (Salesforce, MS Dynamics)
  •  Experience using Adobe Creative Suite
