Supports and educates customers in the Veterinary space of Applications and MR systems. A developing role with an initial primary focus to deliver and support veterinary education and training for our internal and external customers*.

Responsibilities:
- Identify, create and keep updated NAM-specific CES training material to include internal technical calls and optimized veterinary protocols.
- Deliver and support veterinary education and training for our CES’s.
- Manage hot site escalations and conduct debriefs to capture lessons learned.
- Work closely with Head of Veterinary Imaging for Diagnostic Imaging to support and implement opportunities to collaborate and work with customers, including cross modality opportunities.
- Work with Education Business Manager in the development of the MR veterinary education portfolio.
- Attend veterinary appropriate seminars/workshops/tradeshows beneficial to the enhancement of the MR education portfolio,
- Collaborate and network with Global, NAM BL, R&D, RHQ, and regional counterparts globally
Ownership
- Serve as the lead & SME for veterinary education.
- Oversee hot site issues within the MR Education team
Customer Training
- SME for development of new veterinary education strategy to meet MR NAM Business needs (together with EBM & EPM)
- Creation of customer focused content to address and support routine VET turn overs, follow ups, hot topics and challenging techniques.
- Role holder will be required to continue to deliver clinical training in other body areas and on all systems, therefore will continue to maintain their ASE profile.
Internal Training
- Provide internal CES veterinary training, mentorship of new CES’s onboarding in veterinary deliverables including shadowing opportunities.
- Conducts regular technical calls, reviews and updates CES training materials and courses and reference materials.
- Establish a Veterinary database of best-in-class training resource materials to include availability of NAM-specific base protocols available for all systems, field strengths, coils & animals/pathologies, as appropriate
Improvement & Innovation Opportunities
- Enhance relationships with all relevant NAM BL & Global counterparts, as well as opportunities to enhance customer training delivery (BL Apps & Product counterpart, Global, RHQ)
- Identify opportunities for virtual education support deliverables. i.e. customer virtual workshops, VILTs, Ask the Expert.
- Identify opportunities for closer collaboration with veterinary KOL’s, customers, providers of Third-party products with NAM BL support.
- Explore avenues to collaborate with and learn from R&D colleagues.
- Stay informed and at the forefront of new techniques by reading and evaluating papers to keep the team as equipped with current trends in veterinary imaging
Education / Knowledge / Experience
- BS/BA in related discipline, or advanced degree preferred or a graduate from a certified Radiologic technology program.
- Registered and/or licensed in clinical modality required.
- Typically, 3+ years of successful experience in related field
- MR animal scanning experience required
- Teaching experience – preferred
- Required Travel 90-95%
***Note: With Veterinary installed base still being in its infancy the role holder will support other clinical fields and systems as needed. Anticipated split is 70%/30%

The base pay range for this position is
Min $109,200 – Max $163,800
Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
