Responsibilities:

  • Attend and solve commercial doubts about the TM and operation products.
  • Respond to inquiries from the Sales and Technical team regarding the orders and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Track the purchase orders (customers / partner), reporting delivery time of the OC.
  • Validate the flow for the release of a purchase order, reviewing information between the financial team, sales and operation.
  • Validate customer order information, add or modify notes or specific requests for special orders.
  • Generate new customer orders using the history and work with configured articles.
  • Validate the process for the generation of NFR keys
  • Validate the process for the application and delivery of keys for PoC
  • Validate the request and delivery of keys for Laboratories (Internal)
  • Validate after-sales processes of the AC / RK with the correct validity, version of the product installed in the client, correct quantity that is reflected in the OC
  • Perform follow-up of Presales, After-sales in clients with SMB solutions
  • Train the partner in the use of the Partner Portal tool.
  • Perform a constant communication of product information and sales exercises (Channels and Trenders).
  • Deliver project reports (open / closed / invoiced).

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of the sales process to support the sales team
  • Experience attending Internal Customers
  • Graduation: IT, Business Administration or similar
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Fluency in Spanish is required
