Order Management Associate




GoEngineer is seeking an Order Management specialist to join our team. This is a remote role. Our Order Management team supports our organization by ensuring that our customer’s orders are processed quickly and efficiently.


  • Receiving and processing the sales orders and purchase orders in multiple CRM applications
  • Verifying order details for accuracy
  • Calculating custom discounts on orders
  • Updating and maintaining customer order information
  • Working closely to support our sales team
  • Answering periodic phone calls


  • Order processing or other administrative experience preferred
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Deadline driven with a sense of urgency and commitment
  • Previous experience with CRM/ERP Systems is preferred
  • Able to work standard business hours M-F, with ability and willingness to work (paid) overtime at the end of month/quarter/year

Salary Description

15.0-17.0 per hour
