Job Category

We are seeking a sharp, motivated, and organized individual to grow and help manage our publisher media program. We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills, type A personality, and working knowledge of online marketing channels. You must be flexible and excited about working for a rapidly growing, fast-paced company.


  • Work as point of contact for our lead generation partners/publisher to optimize for growth
  • Manage, track, report on existing accounts to ensure revenue and ROI goals are met
  • Increase publisher marketing revenue, profit and lead quality.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize existing relationships and launch new partnerships
  • Facilitate execution of performance-based marketing efforts with publishers who utilize paid digital channels including SEM, display, social, email, etc.


  • A strong foundation of business and general online marketing skills (metrics, analysis, reporting, negotiation).
  • Analytical mind with the ability to interpret data/results and take appropriate action.
  • Highly organized, able to prioritize and multi-task, maintain attention to details
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill
  • Effectively manages time with skill and prioritizes multiple objectives
  • Ability to work collaboratively and take feedback but also function autonomously with a willingness to “figure it out”
  • Digital Marketing or Business Development background a plus
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset
  • Degree from a four-year University.
  • 2+ years in a digital or affiliate marketing role
  • Experience with Affiliate lead management solutions

The expected salary range for this position is $50,000 USD to $90,000 USD annually.
