The role:

We are seeking a Payroll Assistant to provide critical support for our day-to-day payroll operations, including payroll processing support, administrative assistance, and team back-up. Your role will be essential in maintaining the high quality of work delivered by our payroll team.

We are offering a fixed term contract from 1st of October 2024 until 30th of April 2025.

Key responsibilities:  

  • Work closely and support the Payroll Specialist/Lead for your countries portfolio including UK and several other countries.
  • Manage the countries within the portfolio.
  • Payroll monthly changes (new starter, leaver and changes) processing for your countries’ portfolio
  • Support pension and benefits administration.
  • Answer employees’ questions on payroll, pension and benefits matters.
  • Coordinate tax, social security and pension monthly process as well as establishment of annual statements and audits.
  • Manage leave and absence for your countries’ portfolio such as: parental leave, loss of income indemnities, coordinating with People Experience Team, and external insurances/vendors
  • Ensure and maintain high standards of data quality and integrity by performing regular audits between the different systems

Requirements:  

  • Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize
  • Ability to work under pressure under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Good analytical skills with high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • 1-2 years of payroll experience
