About the Role

We’re looking for a People Ops / Admin Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in supporting both People Operations and workplace administration. This role will focus on executing core People Ops processes, acting as a key liaison with the UK People Ops team, supporting workplace operations in our NYC office, and assisting with recruiting coordination.

You’ll report directly to the Executive Operations Manager and collaborate closely on initiatives that enhance employee experience, engagement, and operational efficiency. You’ll also play a key role in scheduling and coordinating interviews to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

What You’ll Do

People Ops & Employee Experience Support:

  • Manage tactical People Ops tasks such as onboarding/offboarding, benefits and HR system updates, and employee records management.
  • Act as the primary liaison with the UK People Ops team, ensuring smooth coordination on global initiatives, policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Assist with planning and executing engagement initiatives, company events, and culture-building activities.
  • Support internal communications related to People Ops, ensuring employees stay informed and engaged.
  • Assist with interview coordination, working closely with recruiters and hiring managers to schedule interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Office & Administrative Support:

  • Serve as the go-to person for the NYC office, maintaining a smooth and engaging workplace experience.
  • Handle office management responsibilities, including ordering supplies, coordinating vendors, and ensuring office logistics run efficiently.
  • Provide administrative support for recruiting coordination, including scheduling candidate interviews and facilitating communication between hiring teams.
  • Work closely with the Exec Ops Manager to identify opportunities to improve internal workflows and team coordination.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1-3 years of experience in People Operations, HR, Recruiting Coordination, Office Management, or Administrative Support.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams.
  • Proactive problem solver who can anticipate needs before they arise.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, HR systems, Google Workspace, and Slack is a plus.
